Confirm every country, required document, charge, deposit and vehicle restriction before departure. The one-way service applies only between UK mainland postcodes and does not extend to European journeys.

Point-to-point UK mainland hire may be arranged between eligible locations for a suitable vehicle and route.

Agree both UK mainland postcodes, the complete journey, supplied vehicle and applicable one-way cost before the hire. Leaving the vehicle in Europe is not an option.

Comprehensive insurance is normally included for eligible named drivers on vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes.

Driver eligibility and an insurance excess apply. Goods carried in the vehicle and damage involving overhead height, tyres, the windscreen or flood are excluded; check every policy term in the quotation.

Using approved comprehensive company insurance can provide a 10% reduction on the hire rate.

Send the company policy and certificate early enough for approval before delivery. Once supplied, the vehicle must remain on the customer's Motor Insurance Database record for the full rental period.
