Ask the team to confirm the permitted countries, documents, fees, deposit and vehicle limits. One-way bookings remain UK-mainland only, so the vehicle cannot be left in Europe.

One-way hire can be requested between qualifying UK mainland addresses for selected vehicles.

A one-way booking is conditional on the two mainland addresses, route, vehicle and charge being confirmed. It cannot be used for a European one-way rental.

Comprehensive insurance is normally included for eligible named drivers on vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes.

Named drivers require approval and an excess remains payable. The policy excludes carried goods plus overhead-height, tyre, windscreen and flood damage, so read the complete insurance terms before booking.

The hire rate is reduced by 10% when an acceptable company policy comprehensively covers the vehicle and drivers.

The comprehensive policy and insurance certificate must be accepted before handover. The customer is responsible for registering the supplied vehicle on the Motor Insurance Database throughout the hire.
